I started my weight loss journey at 228 lbs. My highest recording weight being 234.

Weight Goals:
-Loose 20 lbs Completed 7/16/11
-Weight less than 200 lbs Completed 9/1/11
-Loose 30 lbs Completed 9/5/11
-Weigh less than 194 (HS Sophomore yr weight)
-Loose 40 lbs
-Loose 50 lbs
-Weight less than 175

Non-Scaled Goals:
-No longer be obese (BMI) Completed 7/16/11
-No longer be overweight
-Run 1/2 mile
-Run 1 mile
-Fit into Size 14 clothes Completed 9/15/11

-Fit into black prom dress, orange prom dress, purple prom dress Completed 8/15/11
-Fit into white lacy dress (size 12) that never fit

Time Frame:
-Summer 2011: I want to loose more than 20 lbs AND weight less than 200 lbs by the time I start college mid-August. This is a tough goal but I CAN do it. Completed! 9/7/11
-After reaching my less than 200lb goal, I will reassess my goals and timeframe to come up with additional suitable "deadlines."
-By Thanksgiving 2011: I would like to weigh 180 or less by Thanksgiving

The Prize(s):
-Besides being more fit and awesome, I will reward myself with new, fab clothes and fancy new nail polishes I wouldn't normally splurge on. It's good to pamper oneself for accomplishing SOO much and especially NOT with food. :)
-Butter London: Saucy Jack (losing 15 pounds)
