Weight Goals:

-Weigh less than 194 (HS Sophomore yr weight)
-Loose 40 lbs
-Loose 50 lbs
-Weight less than 175
Non-Scaled Goals:
-
-No longer be overweight
-Run 1/2 mile
-Run 1 mile
-Fit into white lacy dress (size 12) that never fit
Time Frame:
-After reaching my less than 200lb goal, I will reassess my goals and timeframe to come up with additional suitable "deadlines."
-By Thanksgiving 2011: I would like to weigh 180 or less by Thanksgiving
The Prize(s):
-Besides being more fit and awesome, I will reward myself with new, fab clothes and fancy new nail polishes I wouldn't normally splurge on. It's good to pamper oneself for accomplishing SOO much and especially NOT with food. :)
